2.       Search: McAfee: Peoplepower will, after consultation with representatives of the hiring organisation, design and place a premium ad on Seek.com http://www.seek.com.au/advertisers/catalogue/premium-ads-video.ascx.  We will also field the associated emailing, filing and follow-up to create a screened pool of qualified candidates.

3.       Psychological Assessment: To overcome the problems associated with candidates who interview well but later fail to deliver, it is advisable to administer selected online behavioural questionnaires and also some psychometric assessments.  The modest costs associated with these tests will rapidly re-pay your investment by ensuring that only truly effective candidates are hired.

4.       Short-listing: To determine the three best fitting profiles between the candidates and a job, McAfee: Peoplepower will statistically analyse the data from job analysis and the psychological assessments to provide simple graphic evidence explaining the relative weight and fit between a small group of candidates and a job.

5.       Interviews: McAfee: Peoplepower can assist in the final selection of a candidate by conducting online teleconferences designed to collect evidence revealing the depth of the candidates’ capacity to perform the job according to the specific job analysis criteria.

6.       Performance Assessment: To provide further evidence of a candidate’s performance profile McAfee: Peoplepower can also conduct teleconferences to deliver Assessment Centre techniques such as ‘in-basket’, role-play and case studies to measure and compare candidates’ performances under challenging conditions.

7.       Selection: McAfee: Peoplepower can also assist in the final selection of a candidate by presenting and explaining the results of our various assessment processes.

8.       Reference and probity checks: These vital checks can be conducted to assure the employer regarding the authenticity of the candidate’s performance record, criminal and/or financial records.

9.       De-briefing: Email counselling can be provided for both the successful and unsuccessful candidates to ensure they have not been adversely affected by the recruitment process.

10.    Reporting: All recruiting processes are subject to reporting according to the standards of the Australian Psychological Association.
